Office Policies
Appointment Policy
First time clients will need to arrived at least fifteen minutes early to fill out necessary forms and meet your technical. If you arrive late we will simply shorten the length of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Upon scheduling, you will be required to reserve your appointment by credit card or gift card number. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A 50% charge of services or no-show appointments. No Exceptions. In the event that a scheduled service provides is unable to work, Touch Companies will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment in a timely manner.
Payment
Payment methods include Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, personal checks with proper identification, IMS barter, Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Touch Companies gift cards.
