We are open and booking all services.  Unfortunately at this time our Online Booking system is currently closed due to the complexity of scheduling.  You can reach out by email or by calling (847) 318-9474 to set up your appointment. At Touch Companies, we’re committed to keeping the highest standard of cleanliness for the safety of our guests.  This includes giving ourselves extra time to take necessary precautions, such as UV sterilizing any room a guest has previously received a service in. Safety is our number one priority, next to relaxation, which means that everyone, staff and guests, are required to wear a mask before, during, and after their service. We ask that you please call when you have arrived for your appointment so that we can be sure your technician/therapist is ready for you.  We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the spa!

During these past months of uncertainty and change, we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome clients back to Touch Companies Wellness Center & Day Spa. We are excited to announce that we are reopening our business on Wednesday, June 3rd and will operate based on the reopening guidelines established by IDPH and CDC. 

We are so excited to welcome you back with a few updates to keep you safe and healthy. Here’s what you need to know.

Your safety is our main concern. We have kept our spa squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to do so and thoroughly sanitize all stations, equipment and rooms before, during and after each appointment.  Our front desk staff will welcome you upon arrival and help you navigate directly to your treatment room, as our waiting area has temporarily been closed.  For more information, please read our FAQs

State of Illinois Guidelines.  All staff and clients are required to wear a mask at ALL times. Appointments will be limited to a 30 minute time frame. 
 

We’ve staggered our appointments and reorganized our work space.  There may be a reduction in the number of available appointments.  That way, we can minimize contact between each client and allow for 6 feet of social distancing, when needed.

To keep our clients and staff safe, we will ask all clients to:
• Refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
• Refrain from visiting the office if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
• Respect the sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the office and shared by employees.
• Sanitize hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.

• Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the office.

• Prior to your appointment you will be asked to sign a liability waiver in order to receive service

Priority Booking. We will be reaching out to reschedule all appointments that have been cancelled during this pandemic. Since we are planning to reopen our schedule, if you would like to sign up for priority booking and to be part of our future last minute deals, please sign up HERE.
 
Online Booking is Currently Unavailable. Though we are very excited to bring you Online Booking, the complexity of scheduling is currently a delicate situation. (Once scheduling is back to normal Online Booking will be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, through our online booking system.)
 

We are now offering online shopping for our products. Out of your favorite face wash? We’ll ship it directly to your home or you can choose to pick it up in-store. Temporary Closure Extended Until April 30th, 2020

Per the State Mandate, Touch Companies Wellness Center & Day Spa will remain closed until April 30th, 2020, or until further notice. Until we have a set date to reopen, we are not scheduling new appointments. We are working to remove all scheduled appointments through April 30th, with all cancellation fees waived. We will be contacting everyone to reschedule as soon as we are cleared to open. You can still connect with your regular Therapist/Technician by setting up a virtual consultation! They can recommend products, explore stress relieving techniques you can do at home, and answer any of your beauty, health and wellness questions.  Email Info@TouchCompanies.com to set up your virtual consultation. In the meantime, shop your favorite GM Collin, Biofreeze, CND, Footlogix, etc products from Touch Companies online here.

Hello, Touch Companies Family!

I’m sure you are all feeling a little anxious, and stressed. Like you, we have been following the news closely as it changes every day, hour, minute. It seems that the inevitable is happening, however strange that statement is – as per Governor J. B. Pritzker’s mandate, we are to stop giving treatments until April 30th at the earliest.  In order to comply with the health crisis directives, we will be temporarily closing our spa doors. 

It’s hard, because our entire business is about helping people like you ease the burden of the outside world and to give you a small but much needed reprieve. Here at Touch Companies, our team of amazing, talented professionals are sad to be out of the spa and stuck at home. We are unable to give each other hugs and secret handshakes to support each other and that’s incredibly difficult. I’m sure this same story is told everywhere- we are a small business and we rely on other people who love and support us to give us the revenue so that we can support our own families.  From the bottom of our hearts, we love and cherish our clients – you are also our families. If anything, this has made us stop and realize how fortunate we are for our family, friends, clients, and to be in the Rosemont community. You have done so much for us. So thank you for your continued support and air hugs – it means more than you know. 

Never fear the shadows, they simply mean there’s a light shining somewhere nearby. Even though we are not able to physically give you the treatments, we thought you might want to take a little of the spa home with you. We would love to bring Touch Companies into all of your homes, so here are some ways you can still support our small business.

We won’t be closed forever and would love for you to come see us when we open our doors again! A spa service will be a much needed treat after going through all of this.
